First things first

This is something that was on my mind over a year ago and I found it in on my cell phone in my notes. These are things i'm working on myself and it keeps me inspired to read things like this. I read it yesterday and it still rings true to my heart! I hope you enjoy <3



I just want to say for anyone working on depression or anxiety or feeling stuck.. you cannot heal until you complete step one.


Change your lifestyle.

If we cannot commit to a more grounding healthy lifestyle and mindset the healing work will not be effective. No pills or meditation can fix this. We must go deeper and commit to making a new life plan.

Are you drinking plenty of water daily?

Are you walking for at least 30-40 min a day?

How are your thoughts?

Are you grateful for where you are right now?


These simple things can shift your whole prospective. Once you have truly done the base work which is just loving yourself enough to shake things up.. you will be ready to move forward.

Start small. Don’t worry about next week. Go walk today and write down how much water you have drank for the day. Clear your mind of the future and past habits. Loving your journey and putting your health first will fix everything including how those around you see you and respond.


ITS TIME TO LIVE TRULY HAPPY AND TRULY FREE!!!!!

We tend to treat ourselves to a new outfit or go get a haircut or buy new make up but the real treat would be going for a walk which cost nothing and making sure you hydrate your body to filter out toxins. Yes it feels a little painful and not so fun but the more you do it you become a new person and that’s when life changes. It’s hard yes, but it’s harder to see yourself in the same place five years from now.


Right?!!
